Agreement Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and P3 Security Services ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding the provision of security personnel, facility management, and related services.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all clients, whether individual, corporate, or institutional entities.

Services Provided

Security Services

  • Provision of trained security personnel (armed and unarmed)
  • 24/7 security monitoring and surveillance
  • Access control and visitor management
  • Emergency response and incident management

Facility Management

  • Comprehensive facility maintenance and upkeep
  • Cleaning and janitorial services
  • Landscaping and grounds maintenance
  • Pest control and environmental management

Client Responsibilities

Facility Access & Information

  • Provide safe and secure access to premises for our personnel
  • Supply accurate facility layouts, emergency procedures, and contact information
  • Notify us of any changes to security requirements or facility conditions

Compliance & Cooperation

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Cooperate with background verification processes for security personnel
  • Maintain confidentiality of our operational procedures and personnel information

Payment & Documentation

  • Make timely payments according to agreed terms
  • Provide necessary documentation for service delivery
  • Report any incidents or concerns promptly

Service Standards & Performance

Personnel Standards

  • • All security personnel are fully trained and certified
  • • Background verification completed as per PSARA requirements
  • • Regular training updates and skill development programs
  • • Professional conduct and appearance standards maintained

Service Delivery

  • • 24/7 availability for emergency situations
  • • Regular quality assessments and performance reviews
  • • Prompt response to client requests and concerns
  • • Continuous improvement based on client feedback

Liability & Insurance

Our Liability Coverage

  • Comprehensive professional liability insurance
  • Employee compensation and accident coverage
  • Third-party liability protection

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the direct costs of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Clients are responsible for their own property insurance and should maintain appropriate coverage for their facilities and assets.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment Schedule

  • Monthly billing for ongoing services
  • Net 30 days payment terms
  • Late payment charges as per agreement

Service Modifications

  • 30-day notice for service changes
  • Written approval for additional services
  • Prorated billing for partial months

Service Termination

Termination by Client

Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Early termination fees may apply for contracts with minimum terms. All outstanding payments must be settled before termination.

Termination by Company

We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of contract, or safety concerns. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of immediate safety risks or legal violations.
